If you haven't been put on to Snoh Aalegra's music already... what have you been up to? though it's never too late to discover new sounds, this exquisite artist gives you all the feels for when you dive right into her compositions. Back at it with her third full-length studio LP "Temporary Highs In The Violet Skies" Aalegra delivers nothing but the finest pieces of music.

Starting the album off with "Indecisive" Aalegra knew exactly what she was doing with this one. The transitional flip at the 2:06 mark of the song had me shaking my head twice and hitting that repeat button like it was a natural reaction.

Out of all the albums she has released so far, this one is the most eclectic in terms of production and vocal flows (thanks to some of the best contributors such as No I.D, The Neptunes, and Tyler The Creator). It seems as if she really broke barriers than ever before with this album. But, then again, Aalegra is no stranger to the expression of projecting her heart and soul into the music and doing so in such an efficient way, by either making you fall in love all over again to giving you that confidence to get over that specific someone in your life, her vitality is incomparable.

If you are utterly new to Snoh Aalegra, I would highly recommend starting off by bumping "Don't Explain" and then hearing all her progressions unfold.
